new unusual symptom

I've spent all afternoon either swallowing saliva or spitting. I'm actually having such an increase in saliva that I'm drooling a little when I talk, dh thinks its hilarious. I've never had this before not for pms not with any regular day or even my first pregnancy. I hope its a good sign.
