Spotting 5dpo?

I've had one baby and I did not experience implantation bleeding in that pregnancy. I'm trying to get pregnant again and yesterday I was 5dpo, possibly 6dpo..not sure.. and I saw a tiny bit of brownish pinkish stuff in my CM. I also felt some stabbing pains in my abdomen earlier in the day. Then later in the day I saw a few blood spots on my undies. I had been experiencing the feeling of lower back dull pain. Actually, it's not pain, its just a strange dull achy sensation that I usually get when I start my period. But this morning there is no more signs of blood and no more achy lower back. Has anyone else experienced implantation bleeding this early and had this sort of symptoms associated with it?
