Depending on the length of your period, cd.10 would be a safe bet to start opks, but if you have a super short 26-27day cycle, you may start a little earlier.... I had erratic temps bc I sleep with my mouth open, so I started temping aginally, I seen my first temp shift temping this way. So is don't like to temp during af, I start at about cd6 or 7, which is enough data to see a temp shift. But again it's up to different people when they begin. Definately the more data aquire the better off!

I started right after my mentruation. Each day until o and 3 days after the suposed o on a 27 day cycle. I'm now on the 28th day and finger crossed. Did not test yet!
