Is there anything my boyfriend can take to help boost his fertility?
Hi, I'm 27 and my partners 41. I already have two children from a prev relationship and we are very eager to have more. My partner doesn't have any children and we have been ttc for 5 months now. I fell pregnant straight away with my last 2 can anyone help please??

Use this calculator to help you decide when to take your first home pregnancy test.

Vitamin B12, C, D3, E, Folic acid, Ubiquinol (or CoQ10, which is cheaper), L-arginine (read the contraindications before taking, it can be fatal for some), L-carnitine, Selenium and Zinc. He can take one or all, they all impact sperm in one way or another. It will take 90ish days to see results from it tho, so dont expect miracles immediately.
Best of luck! =))

My RE recommended for my husband Centrum Silver for men, 600 mg ubiquinol taken in 3 doses daily and omega 3 fatty acids (fishoil). For performance issues my husband is taking 1,000 mg L- arginine twice daily and 50 mg pycnogenol twice daily. If you don't see any results with the supplements starting in 3 months I would consider a semen analysis at some point. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

I am in the exact same situation! Having no problem conciving my other two childern makes my current situation fustrating bc we have been trying for over a year. I think I am going to look into supplements for my partner as well. Also, there is a OTC semen analysis you can get on walgreens.com for about $30.00 which is my next step before I take come more expensive interventions. Best of luck to you!!!
