NEED HELP PLEASE

hello goodmorning ladies i have a couple quesions to ask i am not sure what dpo i am i believe i might be 18 dpo well last month i had gotten my period on the 22,23 and this month i still have nothing no spotting i do have cramps that come and go through out the night i have nausa mostly in the morning and at night but not always not really peeing to much alittl more tired than usual i took a test and it looked neg but wasnt really sure i have to wait untill i get another test trying to hold off untill the first because i dont wana waste money on a test then my period comes that crap always happens it waits untill u test then ha ha im here do u think i have a chance being prego no signs of af just little cramps minor headaches my boobs dont even hurt just the nipples sensitve
