Feeling like I’m out

I feel like I’m out already 9 dpo with lower abdomen cramps almost like period but no bleeding also around 6-7 dpo had some dark brown spotting when wiping irk what going on ugh so confused took tests all look negative I know to early

This sounds like implantation pain and bleeding.
Some women do not get their positive results until after they are late, everyone is different.
