cramping is normal. cramping with bleeding after confirmed pregnancy is not normal and should be checked out! But since you don't have that, take a deep breath and stay calm! Congrats on your pregnancy!

Cramps in early pregnancy is normal.I had till 7 weeks, don't lift any heavy weights and care until you reach 12 weeks.. Congrats and happy and healthy 9 months :) :)

When I first found out I was pregnant I had really bad cramping on only one side that would come and go. It was a sharp pain. I read I could've been having round ligament pains. I'm happily 14 weeks now.
