I would say you’re probably 4dpo and a temp drop like that could be anything from different timing of temp, being colder than normal (happens to me when I sleep without covers), poor sleep, etc... I would t read too much into it at only 4or 5 DPO since implantation is usually 8-9dpo, but anywhere from 6-12.

I would guess you actually ovulated a few days earlier on cycle day 13 and that this is a dip on 8DPO, which means it could be an implantation dip! But it does seem like a really low dip. Did you drink water or were somehow colder than usual when you took your temperature?
