Pulling sensation behind belly button??

I'm having a pulling behind belly button haven't had this with non pregnant cycles anybody have this before bfp?? Check out my last test tell me what ya think.

I started getting those feelings most cycles after I had had a miscarriage. I never noticed them before so of course I thought I was pregnant, but it actually took a year after the miscarriage to get pregnant again.
