All of those are common after ovulation whether or not you are pregnant. If you really are 4dpo you won't implant for at least another two days and more likely five so any symptoms you feel will be purely from progesterone. Good progesterone means if you get pregnant then you are likely to be able to sustain it, so that is a good sign :)
