Need major advice

Hello all currently 2 days late with af don't know what's going 14 dpo neg test haven't tested at all yet went for ultrasound yesterday for my ovaries they had told me they could see my period getting ready to start how's that even possible plus I'm 2 days late should I test or wait

Periods can be earlier or later due to stress or illness, this is normal. I think you should wait until you are about 4 days late then take a test

My periods never late and he said there was nothing wrong with my ovaries so Idk what's going on
