Pregnant after D and C ???

I found out 1/5/14 baby died had d and c 1/8/14 have not gotten a period since then. I did get a recent bfp i am throwing up diarreha and severe breast pain is it possibleto be pregnant again??

I had miscarraige/chemical pregnancy start 12/27/13 and conceived again on 1/14/14 so it is possible. Hoping this one sticks! Good luck to you as well.
