Need helo!

Ok yesterday., i have a slight pain on my left side under the rib all the way down to uterus.. it felt like muscle has. Stretched. .. then later on in evening it felt like it moved all to the lower pit of my stomach into uterus.. i feel bloated. .way bloated and extremely gassy but it hurts to push the gas out..peeing feels usual then at the end feel like as the bladder deflats stomach starts hurting..weird right? Im only 5DPO. .. thats to early... suggestions?
