WHEN DO I USE PRE SEED ??

Hi there ....sounds silly but as i have never herd of Pre seed before stay in (SCOTLAND)....dont get it here ,so ordered some of internet ,but what in trying to find out is ,when do i use it ??

all answers welcome

ps i konw you use it when round about ov time ,but can someone tell me that has been sucsessful in using it and getting there BFP ...WHAT DAYS IS BEST TO USE IT ?? X

I haven't gotten a BFP with it yet but it is only my second cycle using it. I have only been using it whn my opk's start to get darker and are almost positive or positive. You don't need a lot of it but there are only 9 applicators so I use them sparingly
