Vitex (Agnus Castus) - Think I've ovulated, do I stop taking it now?

I have pcos and have been taking Agnus Castus for about a month. I had af 18 days ago and yesterday my OPK was positive (for the first time in ages!) Me and hubbie BD'd last night and will do again tonight and tmrw. Should I stop taking agnus castus now or continue? Read so many conflicting reports! Thanks x

Anything I have always read is that you stop taking during af but I am really not sure if it matters or not :/ lol you should have set up a poll for this question!

I am taking vitex as well i take it every day.......they say it takes long term use for it to work best...best of luck
