Do you mean with OPK's? Some cycles I have had only one day positive, most cycles I have two days of positive, and once I had five days of positives. So it can be variable. Some women have to test more than one a day because otherwise they miss their positive. My OPK's say to test and once you get a positive keep testing until you get a negative. You should O anywhere between 12 to 48 hours after the last positive, but I try to BD before and after just in case. Good luck!
