VERY faint positive, early testing. Should I be excited??

I had symptoms of O a few days before I normally do, so if I had O then, I'm 11 DPO. If I Oed on time, I'm 6 or 7 DPO. Anyway, I just took my first hpt for this cycle, and a very, very faint positive showed up almost immediately. Too faint to get a picture (I just have my phone.). Can I be excited yet??

with my last baby i got my BFP at 9dpo!!! congrats!! i'm 11 dpo and im waiting to test cause i have around a 16 day luteal phase

I do, too. That's why it was ridiculously early. I'm really nervous to trust it, but it was SO there.

Haha, it's okay. Hubby isn't home. I don't know whether to tell him now, or wait and test again.

please wait to test again coz I had positive HPT at 11dpo and then tested when AF was due but got a very very faint line...some say i may have a chemical pregnancy although Af still not around. will try to test after 2 days.

I'm trying to assume that I'm not pregnant. That way if it turns out AF shows or I get a BFN, I won't be so devastated.
