Vitex (Agnus Castus) - does it make you ovulate?
Hi girls, I started taking Vitex (Agnus Castus) for the first time and 10 days later got af for first time in ages as have pcos. Will it help me ovulate? Do you think I ovulated while taking it in those 10 days? Just want to be regular again!

Hey hun! I started taking Fertility Blend back in February and started no more than 2 weeks later.. I have had a 28 day cycle since except this past one. I do not think I ovulated because I did not have a period.. Well, low and behold, I ovulated just the other day, temps are up for the 2nd day so will see.... I also have PCOS and went forever without a period, so to me, just for the sake of having a period again, it is a miracle drug. Good luck!!
