Red, I know how you feel! Been 18 long, heartbreaking months filled with MC's and BFN's.

I have decided to do the HSG and then take a break. TTC has consumed me for 18 long months and has stressed me the hell out. My own emotional and mental health has suffered terribly also. Worrying and stressing every month sure as hell hasn't gotten me any further. I've been on C2P for about a year also.

While I appreciate the help and support I get here, I think its time to call it quits. Googling crap, reading all the worse case scenarios, etc, etc has not and will not help me going forward.

So in the end I think its time for a break. Time to let go. My husband has been more than patient and understanding, but I can see the stress starting to weigh on him as well. It hurts him to see me in so much pain and ultimately not do anything to help me since my infertility is unexplained. He is so tired of seeing me suffer from loss, let down, and heartache.

Sumerian- It's such a difficult decision to quit or take a break. Each of us has to make the choice on our own. Each one of us is different and go through different obstacles on this journey. It's completely understandable to become overwhelmed with ttc. (((Hugs)))

Red-trust me he knows I'm ovulating. He suffers from extreme anxiety disorder so I'm sure my pressure for him to perform doesn't help. LOL.

Essemkay-boo....maybe this next cycle will be better. When AF comes enjoy a big glass of wine.

AFM-Acupuncture was fantastic on Friday. The lady I see talks to me for 20min before to see where I am mentally and physically. Joining a resolve support group. First meeting is on Monday. Hoping it gives me another outlet to meet other people like us going through this frustrating process.

Sumerian - do what you think is best for you and your family.

getting a little nervous. Go for follicle scan on Wednesday. I want at least 2 and I don't want the drama of this last cycle.

Wow we are quiet. I hear crickets

Gamble, I just had to explain to my clinic why I keep taking Femara and then don't go for IUI - my hubby keeps cancelling it. He really doesn't get the preparation aspect of IUI at all. My hubby just thinks another baby will just appear :?

Well I finally got AF after two days of spotting but all up I have been bleeding for 6 days , when I used to bleed for only 3 days.

The irregularity must be something to do with ttc (in my head) or the Femara?

Doctor is going to give me double my dose of Femara next time and a scan (I have no idea what this man is thinking either)
