I just called the clinic for some advices before starting the injections and they told me that I can keep going to the gym until a week before eggs retrieval (i should be rested the last week!), I can drink coffee and a beer and also she commented that a glass of red wine helps.... surprised as I didnt know!
At the moment I just take a pill for prolactine as it was slightly raised. It gives me some dizziness for a short, but most of the times it is because on my mind!

Girls, please open a new board for October! I dont do it as I dont consider myself too lucky and this month we have at least 3 girls testing.

Kethryes - I'm so excited that you get to start your IVF cycle. I love that they told you that red wine helps. FX you get your sticky BFP at the end of this cycle. Im keeping my fingers crossed.

Cate - How are you feeling these days?

Jeska - good luck with testing tomorrow. I have my fingers crossed for a BFP.

Bridget - I kind of understand where your wife is. I hope that the TWW goes by quickly for you both.

I <3 kids - I think you and I had our IUIS on the same day. Halfway there now.I have to do an HPT before they'll do a blood test.

AFM - I've been symptom spotting even though I shouldnt. My nips and boobs are super sore and I'm super cranky. I think I'm going to try and hold off until Saturday before testing. AF is due that day so I should get a reliable answer. I may cave before then but if I do it'll be late in the week. I'm still feeling super positive about this cycle.

PCOS has made this journey so difficult. We have been officially trying to conceive since 2012 with one chemical pregnancy. After taking 1 year off and losing over 40 pounds, hubby and I decided to start trying again. This cycle started on 9/17. Femera 5mg cd 3-7, Ultrasound on 9/28 cd 12 (follicles 24 on right & 17 on left, uterine lining 6). I took a trigger shot @9pm cd 12. Went in on cd 14 for IUI. Hubby had a superstar sperm count at 21 million and the procedure went smoothly. Bd that same night just because. 2ww isn't that bad b/c I've been staying very busy. Around cd 17 I started noticing a funny feeling in my uterus (felt sore, but not like cramps) when we would bd and if I pressed down on the area. Hubby said it was probably b/c of IUI, but usually I have pain the same day if at all. I figured it may have something to do with the progesterone I started using that morning. He had to take it easy when we bd and still does. Fast forward to cd 24 and I noticed slight sensitivity to my breasts, but nothing major. Cd25 (11dpo) around 12:30pm I felt a sharp pain in my uterus,hoping that was the implantation of our little blastocyst. Around 2:40pm my breasts became extra sensitive. Hubby and I bd last night and I had the worse cramping after. It hurt so bad I could hardly go to the bathroom. I promised him I wouldn't test until next Monday when we come back from our anniversary cruise, but I don't think I'll be able to wait. I believe in my heart that we are finally pregnant.

Feels good to read your discussions on this topic. My story is somewhat similar.

We are actively ttc since last 5 years with no success. Me: 27 DS:33

Had a D&C 3 years back as doctor did not find a baby but just a sac till 12 weeks.

Recently, did all relevant fertility tests for me and DS all turned out to be normal. We had our first IUI on 19 SEP. This month had missed periods for about 6 days with all the pregnancy symptoms.

Today bloody AF showed up again. Doctor has only 1 thing to say everytime, Relax its "Unexplained Infertility".
Its really frustrating!

Will start treatment for 2nd IUI cycle from tomorrow.. lets see what October brings for us.

Plz do share BFP tips after unexplained infertility if anyone has conceived which would be really helpful.

Looking forward for success tips n comments... n baby dust to all!! :)

magnammy - we've started an october board as well if you'd like to join it as well. I hear you on the unexplained infertility. I hate that there's no reason for why this is taking so long and is so difficult.

I got a BFN... On to the October board! At least I know not to pay attention to the symptoms anymore!!!

Luvbugg - I'm so sorry you got a BFN. I hope your BFP is just around the corner for you.
