Is this implantation bleeding??? I'm CD23 8DPO cramps mostly on my left side my cycle has been 27-29days for over 6months so if this is AF it would be 4-6 days early? Suffered early miscarriage in Jan. Don't want to get my hopes up

8DPO, been having cramping and twinges since ovulation. Just feel full in that area. Hard to explain just weird feeling. Wiped this morning and spots of orange, could this be implantation bleeding?

I am 8 days past ovulation and haven't gotten any positive tests yes but was wondering what this stuff is? I've had a miscarriage before and saw tissue like this but am hoping it's not. Help!
