Between 2-3dpo I had this very light pink spotting only the one time on my underwear.. ovulation spotting or possible ib?
I've read some women have had implantation at 3dpo.....but I've also read many different studies and different stories so idk wishful thinking...

I thought I ovulated 3 days ago... I had pain and some egg white cm.. But then I just saw this today, it is slightly yellow... What can it be? Am I ovulating now?? (I just had a intense workout, can that be the cause?)

I THINK I ovulated about 3/4 days ago. I don't ever normally have this much CM. It's consistency is quite milky. Is this normal?
