Woke up this morning and wiped , I am 10dpo . Just this pinkish spotting. Nothing else. Took preg test strip this morning faint line can see pink at top of line, then line fades out. Think this may be implant spotting but testing to early ?

This was one week after my period was due. We BD 15 days prior to this photo during my fertial week. So far I've had negative pregnancy test I'm not 2 weeks late. My dr can't see me for another week!!!
