This is an opk but I am 3 days late for my period. I ovulated on cd 15 and confirmed with bbt. I am too scared to take a pregnancy test. Could a positive opk mean pregnancy?

17 dpo (today), beta was 644.
Ultrasound today 4w3d showed 2 gestational sacs.

I’m a seeing things??????? I felt odd and my period was late but literally been trying for years and this has never happened I’m in shock! I need others opinions . Am I seeing things?

I’m so confused. These are only 48 hrs apart. Top one 15 dpo & bottom 17 dpo. I’ve heard of the hook effect and tried to dilute my urine, but it didn’t help. Freaking out. Hcg draw today but I won’t know until tomorrow.
