Took this after a 45min hold ! I believe I see the fantest line but just not sure !! All guesses welcome as I'm 2 days away from AF and had a gush of liquid cm yesterday!!!

I see the faintest slightly pink line. I have PCOS and haven't had a cycle since August. So not sure if I have even ovulated at all.
