If you're not tracking your temp, be sure to have sex, because your fertile mucous will keep the sperm alive longer, and it's easy to miss your LH surge with these. Some people don't have a long surge. I couldn't catch mine for about the last 2 years of using these strips, and I was Oing. Good luck!
