Ok, line was there within 3 minutes now it's even darker, and getting darker after this was taken. Would an evaporation line show up within the first 3 minutes then get darker?

It is too soon. If you conceived the egg would still be bouncing down the tube and looking for a place to nest into. You will not have any hcg in your body until the egg attaches to the lining. You have another 4 or 5 days.
