AF arrives two days after implantation bleeding!?

Hi ladies, i dont usually post with concerns but I'm so confused. I had implantation bleeding on christmas day (monday) i have a short lutel phase, Monday i was 12 dpo. I feel so positive that it was implantation blood mainly because it was pink blood mixed with white cm amd It only lasted a few hours. I took a couple of pregnancy test since then and they have all come up negative. I know it takes 2-5 days for hcg to show up after implantation, so i have still been hopeful. However, i wake up this morning to bright red blood, no cm, and still a negative test. I'm toteally bummed considering DH and I have been trying for 15 months now and I have never spotted or experienced anything like the implantation blood before.

Anyone else have something similar to this happen amd still end up preggers? AF arriving after IB?
