Spotting two weeks ago, BFN. Another TWW, I guess.

I spotted about a week an a half ago, had some promising symptoms (and still am), i.e. food aversion, achy legs, cramps and soreness in my lower abdomen, dizziness, mood swings, you get the picture. But, I'm still coming up with a BFN. I'm losing hope for this cycle, though AF still hasn't come. Trying to decide whether to keep testing or give up and have another TWW. What do you think?
