Breast tenderness isn't necessarily a good indicator of pregnancy. Increased tenderness is due to higher progesterone levels and these levels generally remain high for the two weeks or so following ovulation regardless of whether you're pregnant or not. Symptoms of a yeast infection aren't commonly a sign of pregnancy. If you feel like you have a yeast infection it might be a good idea to be checked by a doctor. If you're 5/6dpo you only have four or five more days to go before you can try testing with an ultra sensitive hpt. Best of luck to you.
