I really don't know whats happening...

So ive been bleeding (normal not heavy or light) for a week tomorrow which is normal for me, but i havent had any cramps until t
3 days ago, i usually cramp before i bleeding until the 4th day. I decided to take a hpt today (25miu) & i have a faint positive? Is this normal haha? Im just a tiny bit confused! Got to see my gp on friday so fingers crossed x
