I found out I was pregnant on 04/20/2022... mind you, I had little to no symptoms or better yet, I didn't notice them as this is my first pregnancy. I'm a frequent smoker (only vapes not cigarettes) and since I found out I was pregnant, it has been so hard to quit. Have any of you expecting moms or mommy's out there had this issue, and if so what helped the most with quitting? I see some women post about having one puff a day, or weening off it eventually... however for the sake of my baby, I want to quit overall. It's just so hard quitting cold turkey after smoking for 3-4 years! I'm currently 4 weeks and 5 days so I just want baby to be safe as I'm nearing my first ultrasound as well...
