Implantation symptoms?? HELP!

Hello everyone!
This is my first time posting but I have been reading for a long time. I have PCOS and my husband and I have been TTC for 3 years now :( I have done clomid and femara with no luck. I have finally kind of given up! UNTIL, I thought I was ovulating this month because of my EWCM and then 10 days later I had a bad cramp in my right lower abdomen and then it went away.. 2 days later I had what it looked like, light brown CM spotting when I wiped and then nothing happened again. My cycles are normally 44 days or so, so it is really hard to tell when to test! Has anyone had this before... Was that implantation I felt?!
