Pregnant after miscarriage

Recently found out I’m pregnant. It was our first cycle trying after my miscarriage. I had a missed miscarriage around 8-9 weeks and had to had 2 different d&cs. Today I had my first hcg draw- 266. I have to get it drawn again in 2 days then hopefully a 6 week ultrasound.

Anyway, any one on here navigate a pregnancy after loss? I’m having such a hard time not being paralyzed with fear. I have been having some dull cramping and it just scares me. Any advice on getting through???

I had two early miscarriages before we got pregnant with my daughter a few years ago. It was hardest getting past the weeks where the miscarriages occurred and then it got slightly better. I was still nervous throughout the pregnancy because I just didnt want to have another loss. For me I loved going to the Dr appointments where I could hear the heartbeat. It gets easier but it was still tough.
