Vvvf BFP?!

So I'm pretty positive I'm pregnant. I gave psoriasis snd its clearing up all on it's own. This was a symptom my first pregnancy. Also I have had nausea last 2 days. So took a dollar store test yesterday thought I saw a squinty line. Took a free this morning swear I saw a second line as the pee moved across the test. Took a pic right away. I swear I see the faintest squinted, if becomes more noticeable when I invert and play with the contrast. This would be my rainbow baby as I've been pregnant twice but ms both times. So ladies what do you think??
