HELP!

I had some period like bleeding one week ( 7 dpo ) before my expected period. I don’t know if it was an early period which I never have had before or breakthrough bleeding. The bleeding was a lot less crampy and clotty than a normal period for me. The bleeding was kind of watery and lasted a few days on and off. Since I’ve been tired, emotional, twinges and aches under my stomach and achy legs and spasms. I have a doctors appt Thursday morning and I’m so anxious!!! I think I’m pregnant but I always do amd end up disappointed. Can you ladies give me your opinions?
