IVF Round 2

Still determined to have a baby, we begin our second round of IVF. Will update as we go...

Sept 29th: Began birth control
Oct 11th: Last birth control
Oct 12th: Baseline scan and blood work

CD 3 Oct 16th: Baby Aspirin, Doxycycline, Follistim 2 x 225 IU

CD 4 Oct 17th: Baby Aspirin, Doxycycline, Follistim 2 x 225 IU

CD 5 Oct 18th: Baby Aspirin, Doxycycline, Follistim 2 x 225 IU

CD 6 Oct 19th: Baby Aspirin, Doxycycline, Follistim 300 IU, Menopur 1cc

CD 7 Oct 20th: Baby Apsirin, Doxycycline, Follistim 300 IU, Menopur 1cc

CD 8 Oct 21st: Baby Apsirin, Doxycycline, Follistim 300 IU, Menopur 1cc
Blood Work and Ultrasound
R O: 1.2 cm, 1.0 cm, 0.9 cm + 4 smaller ones
L O: 1.3 cm, 1.2 cm, 1.1 cm, 1.1 cm + 4 smaller ones
E L: 10mm

CD 9 Oct 22nd: Baby Aspirin, Ganirelix, Follistim 300 IU, Menopur 1cc

CD 10 Oct 23rd: Baby Aspirin, Ganirelix, Follistim 300 IU, Menopur 1cc

CD 11 Oct 24th: Baby Aspirin, Ganirelix, Follistim 300 IU, Menopur 1cc

CD 12 Oct 25th: Baby Aspirin, Ganirelix, Follistim 300 IU, Menopur 1cc

CD 13 Oct 26th: Baby Aspirin, Ganirelix, Follistim 300 IU

L O: 2.3 cm, 2.1 cm, 2.0 cm + 3 smaller ones

CD 14 Oct 27th: Baby Aspirin, Doxycycline

CD 15 Oct 28th: Retrieval Day!! Baby Aspirin, Doxycycline, Etrace, Medrol, Progesterone in Oil
14 eggs retrieved

1 DP Retrieval Oct 29th: 14 of 14 eggs mature... 10 of 14 eggs fertilized with ICSI

3 DP Retrieval Oct 31st: 8 High Quality 8 cell embryos, 2 Low Quality 2-4 cell embryos

5 DP Retrieval Nov 2nd: TRANSFER DAY!!!
Transferred 2 Grade B Blastocysts

1dp5dt Nov 3rd: Great news... They were able to freeze 3 embryos!! No symptoms, continue PiO, Etrace and Baby Aspirin

Beta #1: 9dp5dt Nov 11th... Negative :(
