Taking a baby making break
AF has just arrived. Of course, like every time she rears her ugly head, I doubt my ability to become pregnant. My husband and I have decided to start a new fitness regime and we also decided to curb the urge to make a baby. The Insanity work out will be for 60 days, so we will ttc again in March. I'm hoping the key to becoming pregnant is some much needed weight loss. As a stay at home mom, for 5 years,I've managed to put on a whopping 60 lbs for a grand total of 80 lbs since our marriage in 2004. Luckily, I managed to lose over 20 lbs myself. I have a weight loss goal of 40 lbs to bring me back to my pre-Ava weight.

Although I am sorry that we wont be seeing you much til march, working out actually sounds like a lot of fun!! I hope that it works out for you. But don't give up, ttc #3 has been quite the ride for me too. I have had my doubts but every time I lose a pregnancy or af comes I some how find a way to keep trying and hoping. Good luck hon!!!!!!!
