GOING CRAZY?

Hi all,

I suffer from endo so i'm not sure what to think.
My last AF arrived on DEC 26 which is two days before it was due and was unusually light and there was minimal pain which is very different from my usual cycle. I am still experiencing very dull period like cramps and lower back pain as well as some nausea. Is this normal or is it possible that the bleeding was actually from implantation?

I took a HPT 2 days ago and was negative.

I'm completely stumped.

Can anyone shed some light on this please?
