5bfns but no period? (4-5 days late)

Last time I tested was 12 dpo and that was my 5th bfn. I haven't gotten my period yet and I'm now 15dpo. Should I test again? Is there a chance all of those were just false negatives and I actually am pregnant? Or is my period just late for some reason? (Was supposed to get it 4-5 days ago)
