My only caution would be if you have a TON of follicles (which you shouldn't for an IUI, but it is a possibility with injectibles), that you be cognizant of your ovaries and try to limit extreme exercise and twisting to avoid ovarian torsion.

I say no. have your IUI, go on vacation and enjoy yourself. clearly don't drink ( but your not dumb, you already know that). take it easy with the exercise and above all relax and enjoy yourself. this may be your last vaca before a baby :) I think we all worry too much. Science is a beautiful thing, but nature take a place in conception as well. with IUI you have a great change of getting pregnant, but it's still sheer luck. enjoy yourself and relax.. things will happen for you.
