Zinc tabs are good for sperm quality x

I did have my DH on this and the countboost. It did make a difference but just not a big enough one for us to conceive naturally. I think it really depends the reasons for low sperm count.

My hubby was diagnosed with testicular cancer 3 years ago, when DD was 3 months old. He had the testicle removed & one dose of chemo. We have been TTC for 3 months, & concerned this may be the reason. Booking in for a SA today. Really scared and anxious for results. If they aren't great would love to try everything we can to get the count up before we go to the IVF path.
