Can drinking Kombucha help CM?
Just curious if drinking Kombucha can help increase CM. I don't usually get ewcm, at least not a lot of it but after drinking a bottle of Kombucha I bought at a health food store I noticed when I checked my cm that there was a TON of ewcm! I mean seriously I have never had that much. I have been taking several new things this month so I am not sure if it is that or if the dink did it. What do you guys think?

I hear it can do that, I tried it once but the taste to me was awful lol. I had to try other ways to increase cm. I wouldn't drink it past ov though. Good luck :) oh in my situation also I was dealing with a screwy pH balance down there so I used that Sperm friendly lube and once a month baking soda baths.
