Clear watery kinda sticky CM, but neg opk.

So today I have clear watery kinda slimy CM, but ive taken two opks and they are negative. Now, according to my cycle (28 days) im suppose to ovulate on saturday. Can I still conceive even if my opks are negative?

I don't have an answer. But I am doing the same. Im in my fertile time. Unfortunately for me im out of OPKs. I will pick some up tonight. I just hope I haven't missed my timing. I also was having discomfort around my right ovary area last night. Baby dust to you.
