Weird Belly Button Pain???? Any Advice

Af is due tomorrow and I don't have any signs of it showing like I normally would with previous cycles. I have this weird pain almost like pulling sensation in my belly button. I feel it on and off and alot more when I'm laying down. Also a backache. Is this a normal pms symptom or could I have a shot at being pregnant. Any and all advice is appreciated. Thank you.

I have had that in several cycles and hoped it was an early pregnancy symptom, but then got my period. But every woman is different, so you never know! :)
