Can taking progesterone and estradiol pessaries in my LP assist with impatation???

Whe i got preg ast year my fertility clinic put me on Progesteron/Estradiol pessaries 500mg/2mg, I have a hep left because i miscarried due to Trisomy 16 and was wondering if i started to take them now (2DPO) it could assist with impantation? I didnt really need them before hand but the doc tht did my first bloods didnt measure my P2 so they put me on them the next time i went in as a precaution but the bloods i got before i started them were OK, So question is if i start taking them now will it positivly affect me or negitivy affect me?
