Opinions on starting my Tamoxifen with no monitoring???????

Before i got pregnant in Aug last year i was supose to start a round of Tamoxifen monitored by my fertility clinic, Obviously i didnt do it as i feel preg naturally, i havnt ever really had any problems with ovulating but they wanted to do it anyway... Costing for the Tamoxifen the u/s the bloods and the trigger was going to cost $1300, i already have the Tamoxifen tablets but thats it, I have had 2 miscarriages now and i am really anxcious to get preg again, so what do you think about just taking the tablets on there own without any help from the clinic and no trigger? will it work without a trigger? I dont think DH will want to pay the money for the treatment because i have been pregnant twice in a row.. what do you think i should do????
