Cramping 4dpo?

I am currently on CD 31 and I believe 4DPO and really trying not to symptom spot this cycle. However, my lower abdomen has been rather uncomfortable this morning and I am not sure what to make of it. The only way I can think to describe it is that it is a sensation like my lower abdomen is being wrung out like a towel...not overly painful, but rather steady, tight discomfort.

I have never been pregnant, so have never experienced implantation cramps or any other symptoms associated with pregnancy. All I can say is that this feeling is very different than any cramps I have had with AF or other stomach upset. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
