My DH and I visited fertility doctor last month. She did couple tests for me like cycle monitoring, sonohysterography, endometrial sampling and a lot of blood tests and transvirginal ultrasounds. The sonohystergraphy and endometrial sampling were a bit painful to do. I suggested you take some pain killer if you are having these tests. For my DH, they just take blood, urine and semen analysis. There maybe some variations for the tests you will do. They just need to find out if your Fallopian tubes are opened, no cysts in ovaries, hormone levels in different days and your ovulation.
