BBT question

So yesterday my temperature above coverline (Which would be very early ovulation for me)...I woke up with a stuffy nose and scratchy throat...today my temperature is below coverline again...should I disregard yesterdays temperature and assume I haven't ovulated yet? U can look at my chart if u want to

Can't see your current chart. But I think you need three days of sustained elevated temps to indicate ovulation.
